Dear all,

We had our first meeting together on Friday (28 September 2007) and we are thankful for the people that God has raised up to serve in the different areas. I'm amazed by the work that God is doing. Let's continue to pray for God's hand to be in this ministry.

Alex, Alvin and Chia wen have said that they would like to help out in Captain's Ball.
Melody has agreed to help out in script and music.
Jiayi will be doing make-up and taking care of our welfare.
Daniel has expressed interest in helping in the Botanics outing.
Cassandra will be assisting Si Cheng in the script.
Zhi Kuang is willing to serve in any area.

I'm thankful for each one of you who loves the kids and loves God and is willing to serve in this ministry! Each one of you is important and together we can make a difference! Together, we can accomplish something big for the Lord!

Some things to be completed:
1. Si Cheng to complete the first draft of the script by 7 October 2007 (Sunday)
2. Jiahao to find his team and people to train them for the tasks. To make a list of people in his team and the people who will be training them (example, in lightings, etc) by 5 October 2007 (Friday)
3. Jia Yi to complete the T-shirt design for all the people serving by 5 October 2007 (Friday)
4. Yvonne to find her team by 7 October 2007
5. Audrey to find her team and to come up with the advertisement for the Captain's Ball Competition by 7 October 2007 (Sunday)
6. Benjamin to gather his people to help him and to come up with a rough outline by 7 October 2007 (Sunday)
