These are what we need to do in half an hour and we really need lots of help. We would appreciate all help render, please leave your name at the tagboard or sms Marcus.
Things to do:
1. Remove chairs
Remove all the chairs from their original positions, either move them out of the room or put them at the back of the room.

2. Lay the cloth
Lay out and tape the cloth on the floor, so that the children can sit on the floor.

3. Posters and balloons
Put up the posters and balloons on the walls.

4. Audio-visual
Ensure powerpoint is ready and that all the mikes are connected and fully functional.

5. Worship team
Tune the instruments, piano and guitars, and warm up voices. Get in the proper positions and start to warm up.

6. Entertainment
Have a mini game or entertainment time for the children who comes early, so that they will not be in a rush or anxious to get in.

** Transport: We also need people to transport some stuff from church to SCGS at 8am. Many things to bring.
For those serving in the respective areas, do find more people as you see is necessary. Anyway, the dress code for that day is jeans with orange top. Thanks.
